Main Ingredients :

  1. 3 lbs ground beef
  2. 2 cups buckwhoat
  3. 2 eggs
  4. ½ tsp pepper
  5. ½ tsp garlic powder
  6. 5 oz. evaporated milk
  7. 1 medium onion, chopped
  8. 2 tsp salt
  9. 1 T chili powder

Mix all the above and mold into balls.

Heat some vegetable oil and fry meat bulls one and medium heat until browned.

Make sauce.

Sauce Ingredients:

  1. 1 to 1 1/2 pounds ripe tomatoes, about 3 large tomatoes
  2. 2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
  3. 3 tablespoons olive oil
  4. 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste
  6. black pepper, to taste
  7. 1 pound spaghetti
  8. freshly grated Parmesan cheese for serving

Method:

If desired, peel tomatoes; remove seeds, straining juice into a bowl. Save the juice and discard seeds. In a food processor, combine garlic, tomatoes with juice, 3 tablespoons olive oil, and basil. Pulse quickly to chop roughly. Pulse more for a smoother sauce, if desired. Transfer to a bowl, add salt and pepper and let stand to marinate for about 20 minutes.

Heat sauce, poor over meat balls.

Cover pan, reduce heat and summer for 10 minutes.
