Delivery Information and Postal Costs
We normally dispatch orders within 5 working days from receipt of order and confirmation of dispatch is sent by email with a tracking code (if applicable). Please also add the time it takes for the courier to deliver your product to our order processing time.
We can deliver your order to multiple addresses or addressees, though we retain the right to refuse if we have concerns about the security of the postal delivery. Products delivered to multiple addresses or addressees will incur separate delivery charges for each one. We will deliver to offices, normally by recorded delivery. If the order has been delivered to the office and signed for on the customer’s behalf, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the order from the recipient who signed for it.
We send all items by courier and charge one postage rate per order. Our standard courier charge is €6 for delivery to anywhere in the Republic of Ireland (for weight up to 5kg).
The courier company will require that you are present to take delivery of the product. You should provide us with your contact telephone number which will be made available to the courier company. It is not the responsibility of Delicious to ensure that you are available to take the delivery from the courier. If you are unavailable on the agreed date when the courier calls, the rescheduling of such a delivery is between the customer and courier company. It is not the responsibility of Delicious to facilitate rescheduling or to resend additional products to you.
Our Returns Policy
For your protection we recommend you return items using a recorded delivery service as we cannot be held responsible for items not received.
If you should be unhappy with our products or if you deem them to be not suitable for consumption, you should contact Delicious within 3 days and you will be entitled to a replacement or full refund. You should return the products to us. The cost of returning the products will not be met by Delicious.
Returned goods must include all the original packaging. Returns must be securely boxed and properly labelled. Incomplete returns may be subject to a charge to cover any missing items.
Exceptions
1. Items that have been eaten cannot be refunded.
2. All returns and re-shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged.
3. We will refund the shipping costs if the item is faulty or damaged.
