Pizzas are often associated with fast food and being an unhealthy choice. This really need not be the case
So many coeliacs that we chat to tell us how they miss pizza and pasta so much since they have moved to a gluten free diet. Years ago you could not dream of finding a gluten free pizza let alone a gluten free cake or biscuit, oh how times have changed!! When we tell our gluten free friends that they can have delicious pizza they’re mouths water with excitment!
Below are a few recipes that you can combine with our gluten, wheat, and dairy free pizza bases. Our bases are available on our online shop (10 bases = €15.00 = bargain) and can be delivered straight to your door. These 9″ bases are stored frozen, taken out, topped while frozen, popped into the oven and ready to enjoy!

Red Curry Chicken Pizza
Red Curry Paste
1 tblsp Lemon Juice
2 Poached Chicken Breasts
1 Small Red Onion (Finely Chopped)
40g Baby Spinach
2 Tblsp Mango Chutney
2 Tblsp Roughly Chopped Raisins
2 Tblsp Chopped Almonds
75g Grated Cheese
Sprinkle of Coriander Leaves
1 x Delicious the Gluten Free Bakery Pizza Base
Combine curry paste and lemon juice in a medium bowl. Add the chicken and coat in the mixture. If you have the time refrigerate for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 220°C/200°C fan-forced. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Place pizza base on prepared tray
Spread chutney over pizza base. Top with onion, spinach, chicken, raisins, almonds and cheese. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until base is crisp. Serve pizza sprinkled with coriander
Easy Hawaiian Pizza
Gluten Free Tomato Puree
2-3 Spring Onions (Finely Chopped)
Cover the base with the tomato puree, Sprinkle on all of your toppings finishing with the cheese.
Bake in oven 220°C for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
