 Denise has been working on this wonderful collection of free-from wisdom for over a year now and it has certainly been an enjoyable and interesting journey. The lovely people at Mercier Press gave us this wonderful opportunity to share Denise’s collection of recipes, tips and advice about all things gluten free and we greatly appreciate the support and enthusiasm that the talented Mercier team have shown us.

Of course writing a recipe book is not easy and I never anticipated the amount of time that it would take to sift through the hundreds of recipes that I have built up over the years, but I must admit the hardest part was selecting my favourites and discarding the ones that simply could not fit, perhaps a second book will solve this issue!!

I am absolutely thrilled with the book and cannot wait for everyone to enjoy baking with it and avail of my tips and tricks when baking free-from foods. As anyone who bakes gluten free or is newly diagnosed and has given it a go knows, gluten free baking is tricky if you don’t have a road map. You’ll be glad to know that these recipes work; just follow the steps and take it slowly.

Delicious: Recipes From My Gluten-Free Bakery is published in hardback and will be available to purchase from April 10th in all good book stores along with a number of smaller book shops. The book is also available to purchase directly from our online shop here  and will then be delivered to your home for you to begin baking!
