Baking Demonstrations

	With an increase in consumer demand for gluten-free and ‘free from’ options, Denise O’Callaghan of Ireland’s first gluten-free bakery – Denise’s Delicious Gluten-Free Bakery – is now hosting bakery demonstrations around Ireland.
An experienced demonstrator and TV presenter, Denise regularly appears on TV3’s Ireland AM and was chosen to feature on Neven Maguire’s recent RTÉ series of ‘Healthy Home Chef’ as an expert to demonstrate on his gluten-free programme.
Denise’s ‘Delicious’ Demonstration, can be tailored to best suit your situation – whether as a fund-raising, community or in-store event. Denise demonstrates baking using gluten-free and ‘free from’ products at home for the family, including how to understand gluten-free flours Answer customers’ queries on helping families choose products that suit their loved ones who need to follow a gluten-free diet and products suitable for the whole family to enjoy. Denise will also supply recipe cards for customers and do a give-away of some products and a copy of her hardback recipe book ‘Delicious – Recipes from my Gluten-Free Bakery’ She will also be on-hand to sign copies of her book
	A former investment banker, Denise was inspired to set up her bakery following her dad Michael’s diagnosis as a Coeliac. She knows first-hand what a difficult time this can be for the family and how much there is to learn about free from diets.
